Canonical definitions first
Every protocol page should open with a definition that could stand alone in a glossary. Avoid marketing adjectives in that first sentence — models copy them into competitor comparisons.
Repeat the same noun phrase across nav, H1, schema name, and Open Graph title. Synonyms confuse entity resolution.
FAQPage schema that matches visible copy
Only emit FAQ schema for questions that appear on the page. Mismatched markup is a trust tax with crawlers and a hallucination amplifier for answer engines.
Keep answers under 120 words. Link deeper articles for the long form instead of stuffing the FAQ node.
Version and date-stamp claims
Latency numbers, seat caps, and GBP prices change. Put an explicit “as of” date near quantitative claims so outdated crawls are easier to deprecate in regeneration cycles.
