Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Stitchaxis platform — gateway, micro-fleet tools, dashboards, and managed services. Last revised August 2026.
Scope of service
Stitchaxis provides multi-tenant context ingestion, tool execution, and operational consoles. Features vary by plan tier. Enterprise and Bespoke Swarm deployments may include custom SLAs under a separate order form.
Accounts & tenancy
You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and operator credentials. Actions taken with your keys are deemed authorized by your organization.
Acceptable usage
You may not probe other tenants, circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer security controls, or use the platform for unlawful surveillance or spam. Approval-gated outreach must remain human approved.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of tenant payloads. Stitchaxis retains ownership of the platform, protocols, and aggregate anonymized operational metrics.
Billing, trials, cancellation & refunds
Self-serve Gateway today is Solo (£49/mo · 1 seat) or Team (£249/mo including 6 seats, then £59 per extra seat). Amounts are monthly GBP via Stripe. A card is collected before the 3-day trial starts. You are not charged during the trial. If the subscription is still active at the end of day 3, Day 4 invoices the then-current monthly rate (plus any metered overage after trial).
Only packs marked live in product (Operation Boost, Bug-Fix Tokens, Emergency Burst Tokens, Team Burst Bundle) can be purchased. Catalog items labelled Coming Soon are waitlist notifications only — they are not sold, billed, or entitled until we wire checkout and runtime.
No refunds after the first paid invoice. Once Day 4 (or any later renewal) is paid, that period is not refundable. Routing, storage, support, and Stripe fees have already been incurred. Chargebacks after a cleared invoice may result in immediate access revocation.
Cancel before the next payment if you do not want another invoice. Cancellation is always at period end: you keep full workspace and API access until the date the next payment would have gone. If you cancel after a payment has cleared, you keep access until that paid period ends. We do not prorate or refund the remainder.
During the 3-day trial you may cancel at no charge. After cancellation at period end, keys are revoked when the period actually ends — not when you click cancel.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitchaxis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, export windows and key revocation follow the Privacy Policy and order form.
